Finding a new style or coming across an artist for the first time, for me, is so exciting.

I recently saw some works by a great photographer called Pep Ventosa. His photographs are full of colour, life, movement and fun.

I was inspired by these photographs to try the style for myself and I am currently enjoying the challenge and pushing it to explore and see what I can create from this inspiration.

Photography like most of the arts, should never stay still, one must always explore and try new and interesting ways of expressing oneself. Taking inspiration from others should never be seen as merely "copying" but as a basis for exploration.
